Technical Support Team

Having trouble with your new security system? Our technical support team at Seacoast Security is here to help you. Our staff consists of seven individuals responsible for creating programs for our security systems and assisting our customers when necessary. This team is a resource for our customers when questions need to be answered regarding the functions of each system.

By calling the Central Station, our technical support team can:

  • Access our database to change permissions to our customers’ security systems
  • Provide instruction to our customers when unknown errors occur
  • Dispatch a Seacoast Security technician to your property if the problem requires more advanced support
